Intuitive Vinyasa
A dynamic practice in which you connect movement and breath, transitioning from asana to asana in a flow. When guiding a Vinyasa flow I love to teach from a place of kindness and awareness, allowing students to deeply connect to their own unique bodies, and learning to listen to sensations, emotions and intuition.
Soulful Yin
A slow, quiet and contemplative practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and targeting the deep connective tissue and the flow of subtle energy (chi) in the body.
A Yin practice is a moment to slow down and land in your body, it's a meditative practice that is very powerful in reducing stress, will improve your flexibility and give you tools to navigate your emotions.
Yoga Nidra
Nidra means sleep. During a yoga Nidra practice you will be guided through a deep relaxation and access a state of conscious dreaming, between wakefulness and sleep.
It's a tool for radical rest and deep healing as the unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
